Mr. Shibu Saha is a Senior Associate and leads the Capital Markets regulatory services work.  He is actively engaged in the Issue Management and Compliance services of the private and public companies which cover assessment of the financial statements in line with local laws and International Accounting Standards.

He accomplished successfully several numbers of IPO & Debt securities deals, including NRB Commercial Bank, Meghna Insurance, Navana Pharma and Akij Food Zero Coupon Bond.

He has expertise in Financial Statements analysis and Compliance checking as per International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS), International Accounting Standard (IAS), Taxation Regulations, Company Act 1994, and other local rules and regulations relevant to financial reporting in Bangladesh. Being a CA professional, he has wide experience in conducting financial audit of different manufacturing companies, Banks and NBFIs.

He completed BBS and MBS degree from National University of Bangladesh with major in Accounting. Currently he is enrolled under ICAB.  He has been with the Company since March, 2018.
