Mr. Shibu Saha joined North Star Investment Limited in March 2018 and has developed extensive expertise in capital market advisory, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. He possesses diversified experience in local and International Accounting Standards & Auditing Standards, corporate compliance, the Companies Act, securities laws, financial analysis, financial modeling, corporate advisory, and restructuring.

He is actively involved in issue management and compliance services for both private and public companies, with significant experience in conducting financial, tax, and legal due diligence. His professional expertise encompasses equity raising through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) , as well as advising companies on various capital market transactions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Saha has successfully completed numbers of IPOs, listings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and debt securities transactions. His notable engagements include assignments for NRB Commercial Bank PLC, Meghna Insurance Company Limited, Navana Pharmaceuticals PLC, Akij Food & Beverage Limited, Akij Resource, Rancon Motor Bikes Limited, and multiple concerns of the Quasem Group, among others.

Mr. Saha completed his postgraduate studies with a major in Accounting. He is currently pursuing the Professional Level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and the Strategic Professional Level of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
