. Shibu Saha is a Senior Associate at North Star Investments (BD) Limited. He joined the company in 2018 with 3 years of Audit, Accounting Compliance and analytical experience in the financial services industry. His expertise covers accounting principles & standards, local rules, laws, and regulations related to financial statements, and RJSC&F formalities and compliances.

. He is actively engaged in Issue Management, Capital Raising, M&A, and Corporate Advisory services and accomplished several numbers of IPO deals and M&A transactions.
