Ullash Joarder joined Northstar Investments (BD) Ltd. in June, 2024. He is serving NorthStar Investment as an Associate of Issue Management and Compliance department. He has over 4 years of experience in the capital market. He started his career as an executive at Financial Reporting & Compliance at Building Technology & Ideas Ltd. (bti) in 2019. Prior to joining North Star Investments (BD), he worked for Peninsula Asset Management Company Ltd for over 3 years. He joined Peninsula Asset Management Company Ltd in 2021 as an assistant manager. 

He is enlisted as a registered accounting technician (RAT) under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He completed the Chartered Accountancy Articleship under the supervision of Md. Abu Kaiser Mahfel Haq & Co. (Chartered Accountants). He holds a BBA in Accounting from National University, Bangladesh.
