. Education: Rabiul Hossain, has completed BBA and MBA in Finance & Banking from International Islamic University Chittagong and Eastern University respectively, CA Articleship Course under the supervision of Shafiq Basak & Co. (Chartered Accountants). He is an Income Tax Practitioner – ITP. 

. Rabiul Hossain is a Senior Associate, Issue Management and Accounting Advisory at North Star Investments (BD) Ltd. He is actively engaged in the Issue Management and Compliance services of the listed and non-listed companies which cover assessment of the financial statements in line with IFRS and Public Issue Rules 2015.

. Previously, he served as the Head of Finance at Medrx Life Science Ltd. where he was actively engaged with the Finalization of Accounts as per the International Accounting Standard (IAS), Tax and VAT Act, Company Act 1994 and other local rules and regulations relevant to financial reporting in Bangladesh. Prior to joining Medrx Life Science Ltd. Rabiul , worked as a Manager-Accounts at Bonito Accessories Industries Ltd.
